Stratus Comfort partners with utility billing providers to make billing easy. Stratus Comfort Pro Plan will appear as a separate line item under Your Other Service Charges on your utility bill. That means no separate invoices to manage.
No. All Stratus Comfort Pro Plan charges are processed through your utility billing provider and appear on your utility bill. This streamlines billing, reduces setup costs, and keeps plan pricing as low as possible.
